I cannot convince my husband that a bottle tree is a beautiful thing. I suppose the idea of hail and glass in the yard just don't work together for him!
My daughter and son-in-law gave us the tree as a Christmas gift one year. I had never heard of them... but now that we have it up, I really like it. Depending on the angle of the sun, it is a different sculpture every day :)
So far we've been very lucky weather wise. We've had a bit of hail and wind, but the tree has held firm.
That's creative and cute :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! The "bottle" tree makes it easy... but I love how the light streams through the glass.
ReplyDeleteNot to my taste, but it certainly is eye-catching!!!

I love this! I haven't seen one that is so much like a real tree, with the branches more random! Some day I'll be having one of these in my back yard!
ReplyDeleteWhen you get one, post a picture :)
