I usually always feel significantly alive. ;)

The only time I don't is when I'm brain dead after a long day of thinking/writing, and then I'm every bit as alive, only tired.

I guess the question is really, what excites me? What do I look forward to doing, vs those things I dread.

I look forward to spending time in my thoughts and to working on my manuscript every day.

I (sometimes) dread grocery shopping. Not sure I ever make it to 6 times a day, though. I spend so much time wishing I was somewhere else, or planning for the future, that I often forget to focus on living in the moment.

Great food for thought.suzanneelizabeths.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14304462740451230118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7736127069847988207.post-54369647813423147612012-09-13T18:33:45.004-05:002012-09-13T18:33:45.004-05:00Interesting questions - you probably do need to ha...Interesting questions - you probably do need to have a definitely of "fully alive" to start. based on what I guess I would consider "fully alive," I doubt most of us find that half a dozen times a day. Tonight I had a sliced tomato, straight out of my garden. It's something I live for all year and it makes me so happy to eat them. But would I say I was "fully alive?" Very happy, yes. Fully alive, probably not. I think I shoot for happiness every day.Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05554217416500328610noreply@blogger.com
